Elevated errors affecting Work Mode in ChatGPT

Earlier today, some ChatGPT Plus users using Work Mode experienced errors starting or resuming tasks, or had limited access to workspace tools and files. We have applied a mitigation and service has recovered. We are monitoring the results.
